Rentals
Complete Access Rentals ("CAR") rents adapted vehicles. In addition to our own marketing and outreach efforts, we have a contract with Wheelers (a 10-year old national marketing and reservations service). We handle exclusively all clients referred by them for adapted van rentals in Los Angeles county, Orange county, San Bernardino county and Ventura county (including all airports and other mass transit centers).

Vans rent for $110 per day. This includes 100 free miles. Additional miles are twenty-five cents each (discount programs available). There is no extra charge for insurance provided the renter has valid and appropriate automobile insurance in place. We also carry insurance however the renter's insurance is primary. Complete Access does offer Supplemental Liability Insurance, PAI and PEI on a daily basis.
Discounts are given on rentals longer than six days ($105 per day for seven days or more; $100 per day for 14 days or more; $85 per day for 30 days or more). The van is filled with gasoline before it leaves our facility and will be filled again once it is returned to our facility. The gasoline (including a $10 filling charge) and additional mileage (if any) will be billed to your credit card at the end of the rental.
We are happy to deliver your rental directly to you at the airport. We will meet you at the gate, assist you with your luggage, load the van, demonstrate its use, process the paperwork and get you on your way. Let us know ahead of time and we will provide you with written directions to your Southern California destination. If you wish us to also pick up the van at the airport when you are departing, we will meet you at the departure curbside (no need for you to park the van). We will help you with your luggage.
